We accept most PPO or discounted insurance plans and will gladly process your claim for your convenience. Our office will bill your insurance company for the care and services provided to you. This will immediately reduce your out-of-pocket expenditures. However, insurance policies generally cover only a portion of the total treatment cost. We highly recommend that you review you insurance policy with your insurance company PRIOR to your appointment.
